New clients are required to pay a booking fee (£10, £20 or £30 dependent on treatment) upon booking your appointment. This is required to secure the appointment. The amount will be deducted from the treatment total on the day.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, aslong as you give more than 48hrs notice the booking fee will either be transferred to the new booking or refunded. If however, you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice your booking fee will not be refunded or transferred.
Cancelling/changing your appointment with less than 24 hrs notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment. This is because we really struggle to fill a last minute appointment. And this fee will go just a little way to pay for staff wages. If we manage to fill the space, we will contact you and refund the fee. We really don't want to have to charge this if we can help it.
If you need to cancel your appointment and it's out of operating hours or a day the salon is closed (Sunday & Monday) then please message via our Facebook page or send us an email. Leaving a voicemail on these days will not count as notice.
